this is pretty awesome, however there appear to be some parts where each section doesn't exactly flow together all that well (0:29, 0:53, and 1:10 in particular seem to stick out a little).

Pretty good, and you're right about the mastering: the instruments in the first half don't seem to mesh together as well as other pieces you have made.
